The Hotel Equatorial HCMC has launched a new Sunday Brunch, created by new executive chef Donald Pezar and pastry chef Pongrat Prasitthimet at Chit Chat at the Cafe.
Brunch lovers can savor dishes prepared with high quality ingredients and produce. Chef Donald Pezar brings his flair with exciting new concepts, flavors and textures while chef Pongrat Prasitthimet brings the his best in artisanal chocolates, crafted cakes and desserts to the brunch.
For those that love breakfast at any time of the day, the brunch features an all-day breakfast as well as a juice bar featuring healthy detox juices. Guests can also design their own salad at a chopped salad station, with a chef on hand to mix their salad to perfection.
Seafood lovers will delight in a wide variety of home smoked seafood and a selection of the freshest iced seafood. A whole host of hot and cold international dishes await diners with a selection of Western and Asian flavors. Guests can also discover a BBQ stall with Asian favorites including Peking duck, beef wellington, lamb leg and prime rib.
Kids will enjoy a special buffet with all their favorites including pizza and pasta, pancake and waffles, cotton candy and a dedicated chocolate bar and an ice-cream trolley with sundaes and floats.
Hotel Equatorial’s Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. All diners will have free access to a swimming pool after their brunch.
