Chef unveils new menu at Level 23 Signature

Level 23 Signature Restaurant at the five-star Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers has introduced a new dining menu with good ingredients launched by executive chef Lorraine Sinclair.
Diners will have a chance to savor Beef Wellington served with asparagus and gravy, roasted beef Wagyu Tomahawk, grilled Whole Dover Sole with herbs, roasted John Dorry fish with lemon infused zucchini, bell pepper served with café de paris butter, live Lobster, Boston lobster and Vietnamese lobster.
Numerous vegetarian dishes are also offered to customers, including wild mushroom tart, Burratta with caramelized tomato, mixed mushroom consommé, sautéed tagliatelle served with truffle, white asparagus and parmesan, sautéed spaghetti with tomato basil and parmasan cheese or baked vegetables curry puff pastry.
