Many people in Dai Son Ward in the city of Phan Rang-Thap Cham in the central coast province of Ninh Thuan have been attached to the craft of rattan weaving for long. Their products have contributed to enriching the cultural and spiritual life of Cham people in central provinces such as Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan.

Bamboo cages and betel box with many colorful patterns are meaningful in the spiritual life of Cham people. These products are sold at prices ranging from VND350,000 to VND400,000 each. Artisans who stick to rattan weaving are able to earn a fairly high income to financially support their family.
