Saigontourist announces new five-star hotel management standards

Saigontourist Holding Company, the country’s leading tourism company, last week introduced a new set of procedures on five-star hotel management under the company’s standards, with an aim to transform itself into one of Southeast Asia’s leading hospitality brands in harmony with international integration, sustainable development and maximum business efficiency. The new standards are also meant to provide customers unique products and professional services.

The procedures cover nine key sections in the fields of hotel and resort: reception, room service, restaurant, kitchen, business-marketing, human resources, accounting, security guards and technical staffs.

Saigontourist Holding Company, established in August 1975, currently manages over 100 hotels, resorts, restaurants and travel companies, entertainment parks and tourism training schools in different locations nationwide.
