Around 240 employees from L’Oreal Vietnam have joined the L’Oreal Citizen Day care program for poor residents in the southern province of Binh Phuoc on the occasion of the corporation’s 109th anniversary.

Participants visited Minh Tam Commune of Hon Quan District and Loc Phu Commune of Loc Ninh District to conduct numerous activities, including digging wells, building a water tank for the Vietnamese Cambodian community, repairing homes for local residents and donating gifts for poor households.

The company also presented notebooks and raincoats to ethnic students at Loc Phu Elementary School in Loc Ninh District.

To mark the birthday of L’Oreal in the world in June, staff in each country where the firm is present have spent a working day serving the community. Over the past nine years, the firm has had more than 100 community programs, with some 28,000 staff members attending.
