Saigon Gastronomy Week at Le Méridien Saigon

Le Méridien Saigon in downtown HCMC is hosting a new gastronomic event called “Saigon Gastronomy Week” from now until October 8, with the presence of six world-renowned guest chefs who will take diners on a diversified culinary journey.

The event, which is taking place at the Bamboo Chic restaurant on level 9 of the hotel, features daily cooking classes, sumptuous lunches and dinners, a weekend brunch, Chef Battle Night and gala dinners. 

Notably, gastronomers will be provided with a special opportunity to meet up and exchange with the six chefs including three-star Michelin French Chef Jacques Pourcel, two-star Michelin French chef Thierry Drapeau, Michelin Star chef Jerome Laurent from China, two chefs from the Netherlands - René Van Empelen and Tijn Bremmers, and Didier Corlou from Hanoi.

Situated on the banks of the Saigon River in District 1, Le Méridien Saigon offers panoramic river vistas and views of the bustling downtown area. The hotel is located at 3C Ton Duc Thang Street in HCMC’s District 1.
