Meritorious Artist/tenor Ta Minh Tam will organize a live concert at 7.30 p.m. this Saturday at the HCMC Conservatory of Music in District 1, HCMC to mark the 40-year milestone of his music career.

The show directed by Meritorious Artist Le Thuy and under the baton of the HBSO music director Tran Vuong Thach, the latter wielding more than 20 years’ experience as a conductor, would be a significant occasion for the 57-year-old artist to use music as a means to express his gratefulness to colleagues, loyal audiences and music fans who have supported him over the years.

During the first part of the show, Tam will join hands with invited artists like Vo Ha Tram and Pham The Vy to perform popular Vietnamese songs by well-known local musicians such as Phan Huynh Dieu, Tran Tien, and Dinh Trung Can.

Meanwhile, the rest of the show is promised to take audiences through a journey to explore great masterpieces by world-renowned composers such as G.Puccini, G. Donizetti and F. Lehár. Especially, Korean soprano Cho Hae Ryong and Vietnamese soprano Vo Thuy Ngoc Tuyen will show up on the second part of the concert to entertain local and international audiences.
