New treats at Sheraton Saigon in February

As the Lunar New Year (Tet) holiday is around the corner, the five-star Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers is rolling out a range of food programs for Tet revellers this month.

Saigon Café on level 1 of the hotel will offer a Vietnamese-themed buffet dinner on Lunar New Year’s Eve, February 15 to welcome the Year of the Dog.

The buffet features an array of traditional Vietnamese dishes including crispy pork with honey and sesame seeds, braised prawn with young coconut juice, chicken curry, hot and sour fish soup, fried rice with salted fish and shredded chicken and wok fried crab with Tamarind sauce.

The buffet available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. is priced at VND1.5 million++, including free flow of sparkling wine, house wine, draft beer and soft drinks.

In addition, the restaurant will prepare a special buffet dinner for couples on Valentine’s Day (February 14), which falls on the 29th of the 12th lunar month this year.

Meanwhile, those seeking a peaceful and romantic place to celebrate the day of love could contemplate Level 23 Signature Restaurant decorated with roses and candles. Diners will be served with a five-course menu accompanied with a glass of Moet & Chandon rose champagne from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on February 14, with prices starting from VND1.9 million++ per set menu.
