An Italian restaurant named ‘NAMO is welcoming Michelin star chef Fabrizio Aceti, who has a culinary arsenal of innovative cooking techniques and more than 25 years of experience working for renowned five-star resorts, luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.

From now until July 8, chef Fabrizio’s extensive yet attentively constructed menu will be available for all diners to experience at ‘NAMO Italian Restaurant. The Michelin star chef has specially prepared two options for HCMC’s eaters including choices for both seafood and meat lovers.

Aside from his innovative culinary creations, chef Fabrizio will also be hosting weekly cooking classes on June 30, alongside July 1, 7 and 8 at the restaurant.

Chef Fabrizio is an Italian-born chef who has traveled to many countries to explore the diverse and abundant cuisines that inhabit the globe. He focuses on healthy-cooking and aims to bring together the authenticity and historic flavors of Italian cuisine to new corners of the world with his innovation and creative cooking techniques.

‘NAMO Italian Restaurant at 74/6 Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1 has captured the passion and expertise of the streets of Italy and transported them to the heart of HCMC.

‘NAMO boasts a carefully curated menu of pasta and main dishes including Squid-ink Crab Tagliolini, Lobster Linguine and Baby Chicken Diavola. Beyond the food, the restaurant has created a dining experience that would rival the hospitality of any Italian family.
