Ocean Group, Ocean Bank team up with Viglacera

HCMC – Ocean Group, Ocean Bank and Viglacera Corporation have signed an agreement on comprehensive cooperation to make the most of their respective strengths and support each other in production and business operations.
Ocean Group and Ocean Bank will join in Viglacera’s equitization process and become its strategic partners. They will also provide priority financial and banking services for Viglacera as well as its partners, affiliates and employees.
Ocean Group and Ocean Bank will prioritize capital arrangement and provide financial consulting for projects of Viglacera and its subsidiaries. Both sides also agreed to give Viglacera preferential conditions in service fees, interest rates, credit and securities investment.
Viglacera will use banking services of Ocean Group such as accounts, commercial finance, currency trading and credits, and create conditions for Ocean Group to offer services to its affiliates and employees.
Ocean Bank and Viglacera signed a credit contract worth VND500 billion with a tenor of 12 months to help supplement capital for Viglacera’s projects in the coming time.
Member enterprises of Ocean Group and Viglacera also struck deals to consume Viglacera’s bricks and sanitary wares.
