AIA opens more customer service centers in cities

HCMC – AIA Vietnam on Monday opened customer service centers in Danang, Nha Trang and Can Tho cities in a bid to enhance the company’s customer service capacity, said the company’s CEO.
Jamie Rains, general director of AIA Vietnam, said: “We hope these new service centers will provide our customers with value-added services with convenience while performing transactions with AIA Vietnam.”
AIA Vietnam is a 100% foreign-owned life insurer and a member of AIA Group. The company has 25 branches, representative offices and general agent offices in 23 provinces and cities in the country.
