CBRE manages Hanoi FLC Landmark Tower

HCMC - CB Richard Ellis Vietnam (CBRE) last week clinched an agreement with FLC Joint Stock Co. to provide high-end apartment and office management services for the FLC Landmark Tower in Hanoi.
The VND800 billion complex is located at a 4,300-square-meter site on Le Duc Tho Street in My Dinh District. FLC Landmark provides the market with some 10,000 square meters of office space and 300 high-class apartments.
After putting the office section into service late last month, the developer plans to finish the handover of all apartments to buyers in April.
