Vo Dinh-Hoang Quan project launches second sale

HCMC – Vo Dinh Construction Co. Ltd. and Hoang Quan Real Estate Co. launched the second sale of Vo Dinh-Hoang Quan apartment project with 154 units last week.
The 15-story project covers over 4,000 square meters in HCMC’s District 12, near Metro Hiep Phu wholesale center, Tan Thoi Hiep industrial park and Quang Trung Software City.
Its total 208 apartment units measure 84 to 160 square meters each and cost around VND10.8 million per square meter. In this project, homebuyers can ask for home loans at Nam A and VID Public banks.
The investors plan to hand over the condos in the third quarter of this year.
