HCMC - Duc Khai Corporation last week began work on the Phu My Resettlement condo project in HCMC’s District 7 for displaced families in the city.
The project, bordered by Huynh Tan Phat, Nguyen Huu Tho and Nguyen Luong Bang streets, is being developed on a 105,000-square-meter site at a cost of over VND4.3 trillion. When in place, it will provide 3,070 apartments from 50 to 254 square meters each.
As designed, Phu My Resettlement will include three sections and six blocks of 28-floor buildings. Scheduled for completion after 30 months of construction, the project owner will hand over the condos to the city to accommodate 11,000 people.
