HCMC – Romana Resort & Spa in the resort city of Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan Province has announced its latest investment plan worth billions of dong for the resort’s expansion, including products and services on the beach.
Romana is building a 200-seat floating restaurant to create something special for guests who want to enjoy the feeling of dining on the sea. The work will be finished late this year. “We are planning to create fantastic teambuilding activities on the beach for our guests,” added Tran Ba Nhat Minh, director of sales for Romana. “This is our way of thanking our customers, so we are committed to providing higher-quality products and services without increasing our prices. We are happy that the number of bookings for October this year is up 37% year-on-year.”
Romana is also upgrading its meeting rooms and wedding packages. The four-star luxury resort wants to attract more business customers to take advantage of the trend to organize meetings away from busy cities. Romana’s meeting rooms can already accommodate 300 guests, including the 150-seat Deluxe VIP Hall.
Along with maintaining its traditional markets (60% Western guests in winter and 70% Vietnamese guests in summer) the resort plans to seek new markets, including China.
Situated on a private mountain and surrounded by the sea, Romana Resort & Spa provides breathtaking vistas of the bay and mountains. It offers four Junior Suites, 28 Villas with private pools and 64 Deluxe Rooms. All rooms face the ocean and are designed for privacy. It also has restaurants and bars serving seafood specialties.
