When I first heard that the HCMC Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera (HBSO) was putting on free concerts for the young in the Saigon Opera House on the 29th of every month, I assumed they would feature Beatles melodies played by a symphony orchestra, some popular Tchaikovsky extracts, and perhaps a few dance items thrown in for good measure.
