HTC launches HTC Wildfire cell phone

HCMC - HTC Corporation, a global designer of smart phones, on Monday introduced its new cell phone in Vietnam called HTC Wildfire, a new HTC Sense-based Android phone that integrates the most popular social networks.
HTC Wildfire closely follows the success of the HTC Desire and targets young mobile users, allowing them to access different communications networks including Facebook and Twitter besides popular uses of text messages, images or email, according to the company.
HTC’s latest advanced smartphone, equipped with a five-megapixel camera with auto focus and LED flash, is also convenient for viewing and sharing photos on Flickr and for surfing the internet thanks to its 3.2-inch capacitive touch screen.
The new product has a suggested retail price of about VND7 million per unit. The company expects to sell 20,000 units in Vietnam within 5-6 months.
