British Council discounts IELTS test fee
	Friday,  July 30,2010,11:43 (GMT+7) British Council has offered a discounted fee of VND2.8 million for the IELTS (International English LanguageTesting System) tests for those who register from August 1 to November 30 and schedule the test dates before April 1 next year. Singapore awards eight scholarships to local students

Thursday,  July 15,2010,22:16 (GMT+7) Eight Vietnamese students have just earned the 2010 Singapore scholarships, with four from Hanoi and another four from HCMC, to study for a three or four-year undergraduate degree at a university in Singapore, starting in July or August.  Their choices are the National University of Singapore, the Singapore Nanyang Technological University or the Singapore Management University.
