The new Diamond Bay Resort & Golf in Nha Trang City held a special opening event last week to recruit its first fifty members.
“The first 50 golfers have become the founding members of Diamond Bay golf course, and have saved up to US$9,000 to US$30,000 depending on the membership type they chose,” Hoan Cau Co. Ltd, the project developer of the golf course said in a statement.
To welcome the first 50 members, the club waived the special consumption tax (SCT) and gave them free accommodation at the resort. New members also received a 5% discount voucher on the purchase of Mercedes-Benz C and CLK class, and gifts worth up to US$30,000.
Diamond Bay Resort & Golf is a combination of a high-end resort, elegant villas and a golf course. Its international standard 18-hole golf course and its unique “hit to sea” driving range were designed by world renowned U.S golf course designer Andy Dye.
It has the most extravagant convention center in Vietnam, the Crown Center, which was the venue for the Miss Universe 2008 contest.
The resort has 342 international standard rooms, a large capacity conference room, and a world class spa. It also offers out-door activities, such as beach volleyball, canoeing, jet skis, para-sailing and diving.
