Famous bubble maker Fan Yang returns to Vietanm

World-famous bubble magician Fan Yang and his family will perform in Hanoi, Haiphong and Quang Ninh as part of their Asian tour from May 27 to June 10.
The Vietnamese-Canadian, who has a Gazillion Bubble Machine, has broken 17 Guinness World Records as he performs extraordinary feats with the simple soap bubble.
Yang was born in 1962 to a Hungarian father and Vietnamese mother in the northern port city of Haiphong. He has had a passion for the sparkling colors of bubbles since he was a child.
This tour will also feature participation of his family members with the highlight his Gazillion Bubble Show.
“I have spent many years studying the art and have performed to millions of people around the world, so why not in Vietnam, my mother country,” said Yang.
His wife Ana, son Deni and daughter Melody will help host the summer tour through Asia before they visit the U.S.
Over the past 30 years, Yang has won the hearts of audiences worldwide with his bubble shows, many of which have been recorded and introduced in international museums and scientific centers in Canada, Singapore and the U.S. and been broadcast on TV.

- Berlin, Germany, 1992: The largest spherical soap bubble. (2.3 m circumference)
- Santa Ana, California, April 12, 2006: Encapsulating 15 couples in their own bubble cubicles for 5 seconds and linking them together to create a ‘Mega Bubble Cage’
- Madrid, Spain, May 25, 2006: Encapsulating 22 people inside a single soap bubble, then in 2007, he encapsulated 34 people and then 42 people in a single soap bubble
-Chicago, U.S., January 30, 2008: Encapsulating 100 people inside a single soap bubble on the Oprah Winfrey Show and last year, he performed with 150 people in a single soap bubble.
