Dep Fashion Show 8 unveils new elements

Dep Fashion Show 8, with the theme ‘Freedom’, organized by Dep magazine, Le Media and Le Bros., hits the stage at 5 Nguyen Tat Thanh, District 4, HCMC at 8:00 p.m. on September 26.
The venue for Dep Fashion Show 8 will surprise many because it is a steel structure in HCMC’s District 4. Steel and fashion have no relationship, but through the hands 
of stage designer Le Duy Hung, the steel structure will be turned into a space for fashion to soar. Not stopping there, Dep Fashion Show 8 includes performance art which requires models to convey the theme, ‘Freedom’ to the audience by use of their body language. The backdrops will be changed frequently to keep everything fresh.
Joining Dep Fashion Show 8 are young designers Do Manh Cuong, Le Ha, Ha Truong and Tom K Nguyen, who were carefully selected by the organizers. Do Manh Cuong brings his latest collection ‘Like a Bird’. Le Ha’s ‘Women’ features unisex style. Ha Truong’s ‘As I Am’ features street styles that break all rules. Tom K Nguyen’s ‘Beyond the Limit’ features the simple and the classics.
For seven years, Dep Fashion Show has proved its prestige in content and in creative ideas to audiences who love fashion and to industry experts. With Dep Fashion Show 8, the organizers aim to create a high-level playground for Vietnamese designers to introduce new trends in fashion, honor Vietnam’s fashion industry and commercialize local brands.
Some activities ahead of Dep Fashion Show 8
-Sep 22-24: an exhibition on fashion and Vespa LX 150 at Villa FB, 79 Suong Nguyet Anh Street, District 1, HCMC from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
