DRD launches legal info website for the disabled

The Disability Resource and Development (DRD) center launched a new website on policies and laws for the disabled on Sunday at their headquarters in HCMC’s District 10. The website www.luatvachinhsach.drdvietnam.com provides the disabled with information and official law documents related to birth, marriage, household registrations, and other administration formalities.
Vision-impaired people can access the website by installing reading software called Jaws. Besides general law documents, there are special regulations and policies for the disabled. The website took six months to design. All questions raised by the disabled will be handled by legal counselors of Roma and Eco Law Firms.
