Vietnam Home Restaurant Mui Ne, a familiar venue for diners who love Vietnamese, Asian and Western cuisine on trips to Mui Ne Beach, will host a BBQ crocodile buffet tomorrow at the Garden Corner on the ground floor - giving guests a chance to try various delicious dishes from one of nature’s most deadly, but tasty, reptiles.

The buffet features 25 crocodile dishes accompanied with many other foods. With experienced chefs on hand, guests will be served some unique dishes such as crocodile spring rolls, crocodile curry, Milano crocodile and whole grilled crocodile.

Visitors have a chance to watch chefs put a whole crocodile on the grill and also learn how to create Phan Thiet pancake, a local specialty made of rice powder, vegetables and seafood.

Tickets are priced at US$25 per adult and US$13 per child, inclusive of a 300ml glass of Czech draught beer and a flow of soft drinks.

The buffet will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Thursday from tomorrow until February. The first 10 guests at the event each night will also receive a complementary cocktail. A lucky draw will take place at the end of the party, giving guests a chance to receive a VND500,000 coupon for shopping or dining at the restaurant and a bottle of Australian wine.

Vietnam Home Restaurant Mui Ne boasts a cozy and airy atmosphere and is designed in an earthy Vietnamese style. The restaurant, with a 300 guest-capacity, serves an a-la-carte menu with more than 200 Asian and Western dishes.

The restaurant also has souvenir shops where tourists can shop crocodile-leather products, brocade and silk products, fine arts in bamboo, Ha Dong silk and Cham and Bau Truc ceramics. There is a tailor at hand to turn your favorite cloth into an outfit.

Tourists can also relax at the bar and enjoy wine, cocktails, mocktails, fruit juices, smoothies and coffee.

The restaurant is located at 125AB Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Ham Tien Ward, Phan Thiet City, tel: 0623 847 687, email: contact@vietnamhomerestaurant.com and website: www.vietnamhomerestaurant.com.
