Dim sum lovers will be spoiled for choice in the city after Shifu Joint Stock Company earlier this month opened three dimsum house eateries in HCMC.
Nguyen Trong Nghia, general director of the company, says Shifu Dimsum House will treat gourmets in town to Chinese specialties with 68 dim sum options with prices starting from VND19,000 to VND68,000 per dish.
The company opened its first restaurant at The Imperial Hotel in the coastal city of Vung Tau one year ago but only recently opened up three Shifu Dimsum House facilities in HCMC. The first is located on Nguyen Trai Street in District 1; the second on Truong Son Street in Tan Binh District and the third nestled in Phu My Hung urban town in District 7.
Nghia says Shifu will continue its business expansion with another restaurant Vincom Center A on Dong Khoi Street, and will bring Shifu Dimsum House to Hanoi and Danang and expand its Vung Tau operation next year.
“We set a target of developing 30 Shifu Dimsum House eateries across the country after two years of operation,” Nghia says.
To celebrate its new HCMC base, the company offers vouchers worth VND100,000 for bill of at least VND500,000 and gives a 30% discount for a party of 10 dinners.
