American taste restaurant set to open in town

The city will be offering one more choice in American food as Sanh An Company is ready to open a downtown New York Steakhouse & Winery this weekend.
Hervé Beal, general manager of the restaurant and former food and beverage director of the Sofitel Plaza Saigon, 
said expatriates and Vietnamese alike had been waiting a long time for this.
“We know HCMC people are seeking quality and hospitality, and we are looking forward to adding our share within the top end restaurant community for a long time,” said Beal, adding that he was excited about serving locals a truly great steak in a comfortable and genuine New York style atmosphere.
The two floor restaurant in District 1 has a seating capacity of 100 including an outdoor terrace. The steakhouse combines a winery concept serving great wines by the glass at affordable prices.
The atmosphere is cozy New York, classy without being opulent, with black and white photos of great American artists.Beal also wants to add take away service to the formula.
