Hon Ngoc Viet Group has inaugurated Sach Restaurant at 137 Tran Huy Lieu Street in Ward 8 of Phu Nhuan District to offer a menu of western and eastern specialties in a venue of impeccable hygienic standards.
At the Sach, that means hygiene in English, diners can check the A-to-Z process of preparing foods, from ingredients till the time when dishes are served as well as how kitchen appliances are cleaned and even wastes are treated. All of this is clearly visible from a ‘path’.
Sach Restaurant serves western dishes including seafood cream soup, oyster cocktail, salmon salad, French-style cheese oyster and baked Dutch-tasting shrimp on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor is an area for groups of friends and families, who can taste grilled and fried fish, grilled snail, spaghetti, shrimp and crap soup while viewing the surrounding greenery.
Asian food fans will enjoy the fried Thai-tasting shrimp noodles, crispy seafood vermicelli, sautéed fish with tamarind sauce and fried rice. In all, chefs of the eatery can cook more than 100 dishes and prepare tailored parties for some 200 guests at a time.
The combination of modern and traditional architecture adds flavors to the first restaurant of Hon Ngoc Viet Group, which processes seafood products at six facilities for export to the United States, Japan, France and Italy.
