Shanghainese food festival at Sheraton Saigon
The Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers launches a Shanghainese Food Festival prepared by talented chefs Jackie Chen and Allan Li from Le Royal Meridien Shanghai till July 2 at Saigon Cafe on level 1 and Li Bai on level 3.
During their visit, they will showcase the art of Shanghai cuisine with signature dishes such as braised pork belly with soya sauce, fried rice with egg Shanghai style, fried noodles Shanghai style and so much more.
There will be live performances by the Shanghainese guest chefs in Li Bai on Sunday and July 1.
