Canadian wild black cod at Duxton Saigon

From tomorrow until the end of August premium Canadian Wild Black Cod is on offer to diners at the hotel’s dinner buffet.

It will be served pan fried with butter, pepper & garlic sweetened fish sauce, calamazi sauce or Teriyaki style, or simply steam cooked with soy sauce seasoning.
