Van Canh Restaurant is offering a vegetarian buffet to mark the first month of the Year of the Tiger called Vui Xuan, or Enjoy the Spring, until March 16 featuring nutritious and healthy foods in artistic and beautiful shapes.

Many new foods such as bun mam (noodles with broth made of fermented fish), bun ca Nha Trang, bun bo (beef noodles), bun thang Hanoi (noodles in chicken broth), hu tiu mi, hoanh thanh and more are included. The restaurant is also introducing for the first time a dish called pho chua Hai Phong (sour noodle soup of Haiphong) with a unique flavor.

Taking part in the buffet, guests have a chance to taste many kinds of Givral cakes together with a special gift from the Luckiness, the Prosperity and the Longevity as the best wish of Van Canh Restaurant to customers.

The buffet is available from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are VND130,000 per adult and VND70,000 per child and are on sale at Van Canh Restaurant, 184 Calmette Street, District 1, tel: 08 3829 4963 and at A Dong Restaurant, 301-303 Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, District 5, tel: 08 3855 7737.

There’s one complimentary ticket for those who buy ten tickets.
