New York Steakhouse & Winery offers new dish
The New York Steakhouse & Winery in HCMC’s District 1 is now offering a Prime Natural Angus Porterhouse steak for two people (800 grams) and a Prime Natural Angus T Bone (400 grams) cooked by its special method for any gourmet who wants to taste the best cut of beef on the menu.
Prime Natural Angus Porterhouse steaks are actually two cuts in one, a juicy sirloin strip (also called New York Strip Steak) on one side and a tenderloin filet on the other. Divided down the middle by a bone, porterhouse steaks are prized because they offer this irresistible combination of two favorite steaks in one cut.
Moreover, diners can choose from various wines at the restaurant to compliment the beef.
The New York Steakhouse & Winery, which is at 25-27 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, opens from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. seven nights a week (last order for food at midnight).
