InterCon Hanoi Landmark 72 announces two new F&B appointments

Sunday,  May 5,2013,20:28 (GMT+7) The InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 announces two key food and beverage (F&B) personnel appointments with Laurent Casteret from France the new F&B director and South African Eric Fettke as executive chef. Casteret started with IHG in 2007 when he joined the team at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake as restaurant manager and later on as F&B director at InterContinental Manila and Holiday Inn Suites Makati in the Philippines. Fettke has cooked his way through Africa, Europe and Asia for InterContinental over the past 12 years. He has cooked for Nelson Mandela, Oprah Winfrey and Mick Jagger.
