Caravelle Hotel names new Director of Rooms

Bryce Seator has been appointed as the new Director of Rooms for the historic Caravelle Hotel.
Seator arrives in Vietnam on the back of a six-year stint at Australia’s highly-prestigious five-star resort, Hayman Island on the Great Barrier Reef. During his time at Hayman Island, Seator was elevated through the ranks from Event Services Manager, to Front Office Manager to Acting Director of Rooms.
No stranger to historic properties, 30-year-old Seator’s hospitality career began in front office and food and beverage operations at heritage-listed hotels the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth and the Duxton Hotel Melbourne.
Educated in Hotel Management at the prestigious International Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (IHTTI) in Lucerne, Switzerland, and the Pacific International Hotel Management School (PIHMS) in New Zealand, Seator also holds a certificate in Basic Civil Defense and Firefighting.
