Luong Stream – an exit of bustles and hustles

Once visiting Danang, the Luong River is suggested as ideal for exploring new tourist sites in the city in a short time. About 15 kilometers from the center of Danang City, the Luong Stream eco-tourist site sits gently under Hai Van Pass as a green mountainous sanctuary of murmuring streams and birdsong.

From the center of the city, take Dien Bien Phu Street through the Hue intersection heading to Nguyen Luong Bang Street, continue to the path to Hai Van Pass and then turn left for about three kilometers to get to the site. It takes around 20 minutes from the city center by motorbike.Vị trí đặt quảng cáo

Danatol Company has developed the six-hectare site into a romantic area with many outstanding architectural works. From the gate, tourists are immediately impressed by images of Lac birds and a symbolic representation of the legend of the 100 babies birthed by Princess Au Co. Inside the site, tourists can stop at a restaurant designed in Cham style, giving visitors an insight into Cham culture via utensils, artifacts and design patterns.

Excursionists can also contemplate ancient houses of ethnic minority groups such as stilt houses of the Muong, Tay, K’tu, Dao and Nung peoples.

To savor the fresh air and forest, there is a hill standing 100 meters tall that offers a stunning view of Danang Bay. Up on the hill, tourists can also enjoy the singing birds and the breezes that rustle through the trees. Down on the stream, visitors can sit on the rocks and let the cool water massage the feet. The stone turtles and elephants made by artisans from Non Nuoc Stone Fine Arts Village are fine examples of stone craftsmanship.

On full-moon nights, tourists can sit together with friends or spouses to have drinks and snacks, listen to the stream babble and admire the moonlight.
