Ministry says no opposition to environment tax hike plan

HCMC – A proposal to raise the environmental protection tax on fuels to the maximum rate does not face strong public opposition, since the higher tax is still within the tax bracket of a draft Law on the Environmental Tax, according to the Finance Ministry.
