Loss-making polyester fiber plant to resume operation

HCMC – The loss-making, State-owned Dinh Vu Polyester Fiber Plant in the northern province of Haiphong is scheduled to restart operation later this month, having arrived at an agreement with a consortium to ensure consumption of its fiber products.
