Uninsured patients to pay higher healthcare fees

HCMC – Public hospitals in 29 provinces and Hanoi City will apply the new fee hike plan for patients without health insurance in August, while 14 other provinces and HCMC in October, and the remaining 18 localities in December, according to the Ministry of Health.
