Holcim Vietnam acquires Cotec’ cement factory

Under the deal signed yesterday, Holcim Vietnam spent US$45 million to take over the cement factory, a subsidiary of Cotec Group with the annual capacity of one million tons. This is one of the biggest merger and acquisition deal this year and is consulted by Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company.
