Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar on the Ground Floor of Le Méridien Saigon introduced its new coffee program called Craft Coffee last Saturday. During this event, participants got to know the story behind coffee bean production and observed professional baristas demonstrating the six techniques of brewing coffee including cold drip, siphon, chemex, pour over, French press and Vietnamese traditional filter.
