Vietnamese violinist Pham Vinh, soprano Cho Hae Ryong and the HBSO Symphony Orchestra will perform an Italian music concert at 8 p.m. on November 8 at the Opera House in HCMC.

The show under the baton of conductor/Meritorious Artist Tran Vuong Thach proves HBSO’s effort to bring classical music to enthusiasts and enrich entertainment activities in the city this month, a representative of HBSO told the Daily via email.

The first part of the show will feature Violin Concerto No.1 in D Major by Italian composer Niccolò Paganini. Debuted nearly 200 years ago, the concerto will be brought back to life through a performance by famed concertmaster Pham Vinh who has returned from France.
