Sanford World Clinic and Victoria Healthcare sign comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement

On January 11, 2018, Sanford World Clinic and Victoria Healthcare signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement to deliver healthcare services in Vietnam.

This is the first agreement in Southeast Asia, marking the cooperation and professional support to Victoria Healthcare from one of the leading healthcare systems in the United States, through its extensive world outreach.

After more than 12 years of operation, Victoria Healthcare has developed four branches in HCMC, serving more than 1.5 million patients with world-class services. Signing a comprehensive strategic cooperation with Sanford World Clinic marks a milestone as it can approach experiences from the leading U.S. system.

As a leading healthcare organization in the U.S., Sanford Health has 45 hospitals and 300 clinics in nine states. Its international branch, Sanford World Clinic, has reached Ghana, Germany and China. The organization overall has more than 1,500 doctors and 29,000 employees.

Both sides will team up to improve knowledge, skills and qualifications of medical professionals and managing staff members in Vietnam. Practical training through Sanford World Clinic and the sharing of knowledge and practices will help Victoria Healthcare provide better services.

“We believe in the quality of service, procedures, systems and business strategies of Victoria Healthcare in Vietnam,” said Dr. Daniel Blue, executive vice president of Sanford World Clinic, adding this partnership will bring more value to the Vietnamese people through combined efforts in the healthcare industry.

Sanford World Clinic is announcing several strategic partnerships this month, including Costa Rica, Ireland, New Zealand and South Africa. An international ceremony will be held at Sanford Health World Headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, U.S.
