Latest Recipe Restaurant on M Floor of Le Méridien Saigon is offering buffet themed “Australian surf + turf” from 18:00 to 22:00 every Tuesday with high-quality Australian beef, lamb rack, blue river prawn and many more. Buffet prices are from VND850,000 per person.

From 18:00 to 22:00 every Friday and Saturday, Latest Recipe Restaurant offers diners a chance to take part in a Vietnamese seafood journey and discover the freshest ingredients that Vietnam has to offer, from Nha Trang lobsters, Phu Quoc sea urchins to Ca Mau mud crabs. Buffet prices are from VND1.2 million per person, including free flow of draft beer, soft drink, tea and coffee.

The promotions are available until June 30, 2018.

The restaurant is also offering brunches with free flow of beverages from 12:00 to 16:00. Diners can stop by the pre-brunch and kid’s corner at Latitude 10 Lounge + Bar from 11:00 and the post-brunch by poolside from 16:00, which are created to bring an inclusive brunch experience. Brunch prices are from VND1,500,000 per person.
