HCMC – Becamex Infrastructure Development Company (IJC) will spend VND137 billion paying a dividend of VND1,000 per share for 2017 on the record date of July 20. Currently, IJC has over 137 million outstanding shares. The firm plans to make the payment on August 15. In the first quarter of 2018, it earned a consolidated net profit of VND54.2 billion on revenue of VND353.7 billion, up 3.3-fold and 2.2-fold year-on-year, respectively.

HCMC – Viet Capital Securities Company has registered to offload nearly one million shares, or a 7% stake, of Khanh Hoi Service and Investment Company (KHA) to restructure its portfolio. KHA share price has jumped 16.5% over the past month, currently standing at over VND49,300 each.

HCMC – Development Investment Construction Company (DIG) will issue around 14.3 million shares to make the dividend payment at a 3-for-50 ratio for 2017. Earlier, Nguyen Thien Tuan, chairman of DIG, bought 2.7 million shares out of four million shares registered from June 4 to July 3, and Nguyen Hung Cuong, vice chairman of the firm, acquired two million shares of DIG from June 6 to June 19. DIG earned a consolidated net profit of VND9.1 billion in the first quarter of 2018, compared to a loss of VND16.2 billion in the same period last year.

HANOI – Kosy Company (KOS) will offer over 62.2 million shares via a private placement this month to mobilize capital for new property projects. KOS will sell the shares at VND10,000 each, thereby raising its chartered capital to over VND1 trillion. Nguyen Viet Cuong, chairman of the enterprise, has registered to purchase 32 million shares at this issuance.

HANOI – Le Thai Hung, chairman of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation (VIG), will be selling his entire holding of 1.7 million shares of the firm, or a 5.03% stake, from now to August 6. VIG share price is oscillating from VND1,500 to VND1,600 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

HANOI – Thu Dau Mot Water Supply Company has sold over three million shares of Dong Nai Water Supply Company (DNW) to cut its holding from 15.7% to 12.7%. Meanwhile, Binh Duong Water and Environment Company has spend nearly VND29 billion acquiring 2.7 million shares at DNW to raise its ownership to 17.7%, or 17.7 million shares.
