HCMC - Le Méridien Saigon on July 12 launched a month-long Thai food program called “Thai-licious”, featuring guest chef Nareerat Lertbunditkul from Le Méridien Bangkok.

This Thai culinary experience focuses on renowned signature dishes such as Tom Yum, Gaeng Massaman Lamb, Pla Goong and Royal Pumpkin Custard.

The “Thai-licious” buffet is available from now until July 28 at Latest Recipe Restaurant, with a starting price of VND850,000++ per person.

Specifically, diners will have the opportunity to unlock the secrets of Thai cuisine by joining a master cooking class with chef Nareerat Lertbunditkul on July 21, priced from VND650,000++ per person.

After July 28, the buffet dinner will be available every Tuesday until the end of September, priced from VND850,000++ per person at Latest Recipe Restaurant.

“We believe the true international language is food, and we’ll continue to strive to be the place where locals and the community want to meet,” Justin Malcolm, general manager of the five-star hotel, said at the launch ceremony.

Situated by the Saigon River in District 1, Le Méridien Saigon offers both panoramic river vistas as well as views of the bustling cityscape. At the heart of the central business district, the hotel offers convenient access to shopping centers, restaurants, ancient pagodas and French-colonial structures, including the Saigon Opera House, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the HCMC Post Office.
