HCMC - The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) has launched numerous promotions for tours from Vietnam to South Korea this summer.

Individual guests who travel to South Korea by Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air or Jeju Air this summer will have a chance to receive Discover Seoul Pass Card or K-Tour Card, and free tickets to favorite tourist attractions like Everland Resort and Caribbean Bay Water Park.

KTO also offers Korea tourist guidebooks to those buying air tickets from June 1 to July 25 and flying to Korea between August and October, and valuable gifts to those who buy services on KLOOK.com.

KTO is in cooperation with 12 major tour operators in Vietnam such as Saigontourist, Vietravel and BenThanh Tourist to carry out the “Don’t miss out on opportunities to visit Korea this marvelous summer” campaign.

In the campaign, these tour operators sell new quality Korea tours at reasonable prices to bring the best summer experience in South Korea to customers. Besides, guests of these 12 tour operators will receive gifts from KTO.

Promotion details are available on KTO’s website www.visitkorea.org.vn.

South Korea expects to attract more than 48,000 Vietnamese visitors this month and 254,000 in January-July, up 43% year-on-year.

“Summer is the peak travel season of Vietnamese tourists, and South Korea is one of their most favorite destinations. Through these promotions, we expect to lure more Vietnamese tourists to Korea and we will continue offering better services and promotions in the coming time,” said Jung Chang Wook, director of KTO in Vietnam.
