HCMC - On the occasion of Swiss National Day, Saigon Café Restaurant on Level 1 of Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers will introduce special Swiss theme nights featuring authentic Swiss dishes on Wednesday, August 1 and Friday and Saturday, August 10 and 11.

The nights will feature mouth-watering Swiss food including mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette, seafood and Swiss gratin; steamed sole with spinach and citrus beurre blanc; roasted peppers and marinated goat cheese; beer cured salmon served with lemon drizzle; zürcher geschnetzeltes; roasted beef prime rib and many more.

The meal will be perfected with Teppanyaki ice-cream specialties and a variety of tasty sweets and house-made Swiss cakes including chocolate Swiss roll, mini pavlova, chocolate mousse, chocolate almond cookies, crème caramel, macaroons and raspberry crème brulee.

The restaurant has also launched the “Summer Family Deal”, offering one complimentary buffet for kids aged 10 and under for every adult buffet purchased from Monday to Sunday.

Also at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, Li Bai Restaurant on Level 2 will be introducing a delightful vegetarian a la carte menu with a wide range of healthy vegetarian delights from August 1  to 31 on the occasion of Vu Lan festival (or Filial Piety festival).

Those who love vegetarian food will have a chance to enjoy the delicious and nutritional dishes including mapo tofu, deep fried homemade bean curd with golden mushroom, wok fried bean curd skin with tofu and vegetarian oyster sauce, fried noodle mixed vegetable, vegetarian fried rice with olive vegetable and many more.
