HCMC - L’Usine in association with Chef Nicholas de Gersigny has launched a new menu, which delivers modern, fresh and wholesome dining experiences.

Working closely with the Australian Head Chef, L’Usine, which boasts several venues in HCMC’s District 1, has developed, refined and expanded its menu, which is built on the pillars of flavor, freshness, value and people.

A Sydney native, de Gersigny has a passion for creating fresh, healthy and mouth-watering food, fuelled by experiences rooted over Australia and South East Asia. With over 15 years’ experience, de Gersigny has joined the L’Usine team after working as head chef in Sydney’s top eateries.

“The culinary culture in Saigon continues to grow in exciting directions. Saigon’s eaters are open minded and adventurous, with these new dishes we hope to ignite a shared passion for delicious and wholesome food, which reflects the way we like to eat”, he shared. de Gersigny visited Dalat farms to source the best quality ingredients for this new menu.

All day dining is a L’Usine staple and in August, customers can enjoy dishes like de Gersigny’s smashed avocado and edamame on toast, brioche French toast, crispy roast pork belly with glass noodle salad, crispy buttermilk chicken burger, kale salad with honey roasted pumpkin, and home-made breads as L’Usine now boasts an in-house bakery.
