HCMC - To celebrate this year’s Vu Lan Festival, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is presenting a sumptuous dinner buffet of vegetarian delights at its Club Ngan Dinh from August 18 to 25.

Priced at VND330,000 net per person, the Vu Lan Festival Buffet offers a wide selection of appetizers, main courses, desserts, while a live cooking station awaits.

Highlights of the buffet include spinach roll with seaweed and sesame dressing, deep-fried bean curd salad, pan-fried vegetable dumplings, braised assorted mushrooms and bean curd, vegetable curry and vegetarian fried rice noodle.

The live cooking station will be serving up tofu noodles soup, Vietnamese udon soup, vegetarian pancake and Kimchi with tofu soup, amongst others.

For dessert, diners can try a selection of jackfruit with sticky rice, cassava cake, sago green bean cake or fresh fruit and much more.

Located on the fifth floor of the 5-star Windsor Plaza Hotel, Club Ngan Dinh is ideal for an awe-inspiring celebration with a soaring 12-meter atrium, a multi-level banquet hall, a central stage dance floor, balcony seating and a LED-lit bar.
