The Grand Manhattan: symbol of prosperity and splendor in District 1

Novaland Group has officially introduced a project to develop a complex of service and commercial properties and residential apartments called The Grand Manhattan in District 1, HCMC.

The project facing two streets I the core zone of the city covers a total area of 14,000 square meters. Apartments in the complex will have two or three bedrooms each and are priced at an average of US$6,000 per square meter. Homebuyers will be handed over the apartments equipped with smart home devices in the last quarter of 2021.

With advantages in the position and architecture, the Grand Manhattan can meet the demands of upper-class customers, including domestic and international entrepreneurs. The project will feature a shopping center, a swimming pool, a park, a BBQ area and gardens on an area of 4,200 square meters, which is considered a precious added value in a prime location of the city.

The Grand Manhattan is expected to become a new center of splendor in HCMC, the busiest economic hub in Vietnam.
