HCMC – Vinhomes Company (VHM) saw its revenue in the January-September period jumping 96% year-on-year to VND22.4 trillion while its after-tax profit rocketed 3-fold to VND11.9 trillion, mainly driven by stronger deliveries of presold units in Golden River, Green Bay and Central Park projects, as well as higher profit sharing from business cooperation contracts with Vingroup (VIC) and residential developments of other VIC subsidiaries such as The Harmony, Imperia and Dragon Bay.

HCMC – Sun Holdings Company, a unit related to Nguyen Pham Anh Thai – a board member of LDG Investment Company (LDG), has registered to sell six million LDG shares from November 6 to December 5 via put-through deals. If the transactions are done, the investor will cut its ownership at LDG to 3.4 million shares, equal to a 1.8% stake.

HCMC – Licogi 16 Company (LCG) has decided to invest VND142.5 billion in the establishment of Licogi 16 Real Estate Company. LCG will own an 86% stake in the property firm.

HCMC – Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Company (LBM) has announced November 14 as the ex-dividend date for shareholders to receive a 2018 cash dividend at 15%.

HANOI – The Malaysia Vietnam Offshore Terminal, a joint venture of which Petroleum Technical Service Company (PVS) owns a 49% stake, has been awarded a time charter contract to provide and operate a floating oil storage for the Sao Vang – Dai Nguyet development project. According to Viet Capital Securities Company, this contract is valued at US$176 million. The floating oil storage will be leased for seven years from 2021.

HANOI – Pham Quang Dung, chairman of Tasco Company (HUT), has announced to sell three million HUT shares from November 5 to November 29, thereby raising his stake from 8.6% to 9.8%. The HUT share price is around VND5,000 on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

HANOI – Danang Housing Investment and Development Company (NDN) has chosen November 9 as the ex-dividend date to pay a cash dividend for shareholders at 10%.

HANOI – Le Truong Ky, a board member of Danang Book and Education Equipment Company (BED), will be buying 280,000 BED shares from now to November 20. Ky is now holding over 624,000 shares at the enterprise, equal to a 20.8% stake.
