Property firms propose lifting seven barriers

Real estate firms have called for the HCMC government to address seven bottlenecks including permission for investment plans, site clearance, project transfer, credit and administrative procedures, which hinder their business activities, heard a meeting with HCMC Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong on November 7.

High-end hotels in HCMC generate big profits

HCMC-based operators of hotels, especially high-class ones, are performing well this year, with room occupancy at many hotels amounting to an estimated 80-90% this year.
